Privacy Policy

Last updated July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Optimum Reach collects, uses, and protects information when you use optimumreach.ca or contact us. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

Template notice. This document is a starting template, not legal advice. The business owner should review it — ideally with legal counsel — and fill the placeholders (entity name, address, province, contact, and analytics details) before relying on it.

Who we are

Optimum Reach ("we", "us") is a growth and digital-transformation firm serving small and medium-sized businesses in Canada. The legal entity name and business address are to be confirmed by the business owner and will appear here. We do not publish a telephone number; all enquiries are handled by email and through the contact form.

What we collect

  • Information you give us — when you submit the contact form: your name, business email, company, website, service of interest, budget range, and the message you write.
  • Basic technical information — like general analytics about how the site is used, if and when analytics are enabled. Analytics identifiers are to be configured by the owner.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call.
  • To provide and improve our services if you become a client.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, to contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, email or form-delivery and, if configured, analytics providers), only as needed and under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

Where your information is processed

Some service providers may process information outside Canada. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection. Specific providers are to be confirmed by the owner.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to maintain a client relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA and any applicable provincial legislation), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Cookies & analytics

This site aims to use only what's necessary. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are enabled, this section will describe them and how to opt out. No advertising trackers are used without disclosure here.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.

Contact

Questions or requests about your privacy can be sent to hello@optimumreach.ca. A dedicated privacy contact and mailing address are to be confirmed by the owner.
